Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering an account or using the Satta Matka API platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Subscriptions & Payments

  • API access is sold as subscription packages (Free Trial, Monthly, Half-Yearly, Yearly).
  • Payments are currently processed manually via UPI/QR/Bank Transfer with proof submission.
  • Your subscription activates only after admin approval of your payment proof.
  • All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of the admin team for valid reasons only.

API Usage

  • API keys are non-transferable and must be kept confidential.
  • Rate limits per plan must be respected. Exceeding limits may result in temporary throttling.
  • API keys may be revoked if used for abuse, scraping our data for redistribution, or illegal activities.
  • Domain binding: Non-trusted keys must be used from registered domains only.
  • You are responsible for all API calls made with your key, regardless of who made them.

Prohibited Activities

  • Reselling or redistributing API data without authorization.
  • Using the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials.
  • Scraping or crawling our platform beyond the provided API.

Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.95% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Maintenance windows may cause temporary downtime. We will notify users in advance when possible.
  • Scraper sources may occasionally be unavailable — we use multi-source consensus to mitigate this.
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruption.

Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
  • You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your misuse of the API.
